Applications can be submitted until February 5. The recruitment will fill 536 vacancies for open category, 103 vacancies for SC category and 51 vacancies for ST category.
Educational Qualification
Head Constable, GD Constable, Tradesman and Constable will be eligible to participate for 5 years. To apply for this position the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. Candidate should have completed 5 years by 01/08/2020. The 5 year duty of the addict should have good conduct till he is appointed as per any ACRs.
Age limit
Addition will be valid for 35 years as on 01/08/2020. Adders who were not born before 02/08/1985 can fill up the form. Exemption will be given to sc and st candidate for 5 years. As there is no space for Obc candidate, they will be able to apply in the open category.
Candidate selection process
Candidates for recruitment will be selected through written test, physical standard test, physical aptitude test and medical test. A total of 200 marks in the written examination will be taken by OMR method. A total of 3 hours will be for the exam. Must bring 45% marks in each part in the written examination. In the physical test, the male candidate has to pass 3 types of running, high jump and long jump. While the female candidate will have to pass 2 types of running, high jump and long jump. Height up to 170 will be allowed for Open Category, OBC and SC candidates for physical fitness. Height of 157 will be valid for ST candidates. Height for Jammu & Kashmir and Seven Sister States will be up to 165. Candidates can apply for these vacancies through the official website cisf.gov.in pay scale.
