The Center has decided to give an incentive to doctors and employees who have cured patients in government hospitals by the world's largest health security scheme 'Ayushmann Bharat'. The government of India will give the incentive to government employees from government hospitals and other employees for the purpose of running the country's largest health plan, Ayushmann, and to expand this scheme in a big way. According to reports, the amount of incentive can be up to Rs. 1 lakh to 3 lakh per doctor per annum under this decision of the government.
The government has prepared a plan to give separate dignity to doctors who have been working on 'National Therapy Day' and working for the treatment of many more patients than the capacity. It is worth mentioning here that the number of patients on national medicine day is higher than expected from the rest of the day and considering this, the government has made this decision. The hospital will claim the amount of treatment for those patients under Ayushmann Bharat which will be treated in government hospital.
According to reports, a statement of patients treated in government hospital under Ayushmann Bharat Scheme will be given to the government by the hospital authorities and accordingly, they will be leased. A separate committee will be formed in the hospital for this. Which will work on this process. For one year, the amount of hospitalization will be deposited by the hospital and approximately one and a half percent of the amount will be given to doctors and other employees as an incentive. The remaining 75 percent of the amount will be spent on the hospital's building and quality.
